How We Help

We provide free legal services for low-income residents of Mississauga for the following legal issues:

  • Housing Law/ Tenants rights
  • ODSP – Ontario Disability Support Program
  • OW – Ontario Works
  • CPP-D – Canada Pension Plan-Disability
  • Immigration (non-refugee)
  • Employment Law / Workers rights
  • Affidavits (OSAP or Housing only)

We can provide you summary advice to help you make sense of your legal issue. In some cases, we can provide further assistance, such as document review or legal filing. Depending on our capacity, we may also be able to represent you in a court or at a tribunal, such as the Social Benefits Tribunal or the Landlord and Tenant Board.
